Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PBX.Management (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our SIP monitoring and firewall management platform. We are committed to data minimisation: we collect only what is necessary to provide and secure the service.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (such as name, company and email), enquiry details submitted through our contact form, and operational data required to run the service. From connected servers, the platform processes SIP signalling metadata and firewall state. The platform is not designed to record or store call audio.
How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, provide monitoring and firewall management, respond to enquiries, maintain security and improve the service. Anonymised attack indicators may be used to support community threat intelligence; this focuses on abusive network sources and behaviour rather than the content of your calls or your business data.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits. To make a request, contact us through the form on our homepage.
