Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are not permitted when using the PBX.Management platform. It exists to keep the service secure and reliable for everyone.

You must not

• Use the platform to manage servers you are not authorised to administer.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ data.
• Use the service to facilitate fraud, unlawful interception, or any illegal activity.
• Reverse engineer, resell or misrepresent the service except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with the community threat intelligence data by submitting false or misleading information.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform, including any firewall rules you apply, complies with applicable laws and does not disrupt legitimate services you operate.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
